Quality Manager – Renewable Energy / Solar

☀️ Do you walk a solar project and immediately notice what's wrong? Good. We need you. BEAR Construction is hiring a Solar Quality Manager in Illinois. We're looking for someone who understands commercial rooftop AND ground-mount solar and knows the difference between work that's technically finished and work that's actually done right. You'll work directly with our field and project teams to: Inspect solar installations Verify electrical + mechanical quality Build and manage QA/QC processes Document issues before they become expensive problems Drive corrective action with subs and field teams Help projects move cleanly through commissioning and closeout We're especially interested in people who've spent real time in the field around modules, racking, rooftop attachments, trackers/fixed-tilt systems, wiring, grounding/bonding and solar electrical equipment.
