Who We Are:
Mission Ready Horizon is a purpose-driven team within The Miliare Group, one of the top-performing teams in the financial services industry. Our mission is simple but serious: make sure no family is left behind when it comes to financial education and opportunity. We serve families from every background and help them take control of their future through six core concepts: cash flow management, debt management, emergency funds, proper protection, wealth building, and wealth preservation. We help people take control of their financial goals. At Mission Ready Horizon, we forge veterans, spouses, and everyday individuals who care deeply about helping others into financial warriors, leaders who educate, defend, and preserve the financial missions and legacies of the families they serve, while pursuing their own dreams of success. This Is For Everyone You don't need a military background. You don't need a finance degree. You just need to care about people and want your work to mean something. Whether you're a teacher, a nurse, a parent re-entering the workforce, a small business owner, a retiree looking for a second act, a veteran, a military spouse, or someone who's simply tired of jobs that don't matter, there's a place for you here. We've built this team for people who wake up every day wanting to help families build security while building something of their own at the same time. In this role, you guide individuals and families through essential financial principles from budgeting and managing debt to building long‑term, sustainable financial strategies. You'll also collaborate with a network of like-minded professionals, contribute to community outreach initiatives, and help guide families toward achieving long-term financial stability and legacy building. Why This Role Is Different🔹 Lead with purpose, not a pitch. You'll educate first, sell second. No high-pressure tactics. Ever.🔹 Mentorship from a top-performing team. You're never figuring it out alone; experienced leaders have your back.🔹 Remote & flexible. Build your business around your life, your family, your goals.🔹 Performance-based income with no cap. Your effort and consistency shape your results, not a corporate ceiling.🔹 Part-time to start, full-time within reach. Most teammates begin part-time and grow into full-time within 3–6 months based on performance.🔹 No experience required. We train you from the ground up; character and coachability matter more than a résumé.
