We’re seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Attorney with expertise defending a wide variety of matters, who is eager to deliver exceptional client service and grow alongside an established book of commercial clients.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range: $200,000-$400,000, commensurate with experience
- Annual bonus, monthly production bonus, and originations
- Profit sharing tied to firm performance

- A dedicated Real Estate and Complex Commercial practice group and a robust litigation team. You'll have experienced colleagues and institutional resources behind every case

- Dedicated marketing budget and BD coaching for every associate
- You'll inherit an active caseload of existing clients. Business development is encouraged but not a prerequisite for advancement
- Matters include partnership disputes, equity/shareholder disputes, property management disputes, contract and business torts litigation, land use and zoning disputes, construction litigation and more
- CultureAttorney attrition rate below the Am Law 200 median
- Average attorney tenure of 5+ years across California offices
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; admission to the California Bar required.2-10+ years of experience handling real estate and commercial litigation; Senior Associate, Counsel and Partner opportunities available for more experienced individuals
- Strong command of court procedures, discovery practice, and trial preparation
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently from intake through resolution
