Director of Sales Training & Onboarding

JobSquad Florida seeks a Director of Training to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of sales training and continuing education for the Human Health division. You will onboard new hires, mentor nesting sellers, and supervise sales teams through data-driven coaching. You will create training materials, monitor effectiveness, and collaborate with management to close skills gaps while maintaining SOPs and e-learning systems.
