I’m working on a confidential search with a rapidly growing 503A sterile compounding pharmacy in South Florida. They’re looking for an experienced PIC to help scale a high-volume sterile compounding operation, support additional state licensing, and help build out the pharmacy team.
Ideal background:- Active pharmacist license
- Strong sterile compounding/injectables experience1,000+ orders/day preferred
- Multiple state licenses a plus
- Experience scaling a compounding operation and/or building a team highly valued
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
