Senior Geometric Map Engineer - 3D SLAM & HD Maps

Aurora is hiring a Software Engineer to build the 3D spatial foundation for the Aurora Driver. You will own algorithms that process millions of lidar logs into automated offline maps, tackling speed and scaling challenges as Aurora expands to new routes. The role requires 6+ years in C++ with 3D geometry and SLAM experience, and a strong background in linear algebra and optimization. A base salary ranges with bonuses and equity, with mostly in-office work expectations.
