Job Description: We believe some creatives are called to the local Church and the "C" Church and at Redemption, we don't believe you should have to choose between the two. We're looking for an Executive Director of Music + Creative Arts who believes building the local church and building beyond it and this position comes with an assistant. We're looking for someone who loves the local church, takes ownership, writes music, builds people and teams, and leads with excellence and maturity while giving you space to minister, invest, write music and build the kingdom of God for the "C" church. What if you didn't have to choose? Between serving the local house and serving the "C" Church. Maybe your calling was never meant to fit inside one box and if your influence grows beyond Redemption, we consider that a win, not a loss. We want to model a different approach to creative leadership, one built on trust, stewardship, communication, freedom, and mutual investment. Sundays: Lead approximately 34 Sundays per year, with up to 6 additional Sundays not leading but actively participating on the team, and 6 Sundays attending as part of the church community. Required attendance includes Christmas, Easter, Vision Sunday, Back to Normal Life Sunday, quarterly Revival Nights, and church-wide special events. Vacation may not be scheduled during these gatherings; exceptions are allowed based on the circumstance.
