The company is looking for an established residential solar executive who already knows the dealer ecosystem, has meaningful relationships across the industry, and can turn those relationships into profitable partnerships. The successful candidate will have significant autonomy and executive backing to expand the company's dealer footprint, enter new markets, develop strategic partnerships, and build the infrastructure required to scale the residential solar business nationally. This is best suited to someone who has already built a strong reputation in residential solar and can immediately open doors with high-quality dealer organizations.
