Cold Header Operator

Job Description: Operator (Cold Header) for our First shift production team (no weekends). 50+ hours per week offered. This role is responsible for setting up and operating Cold Forming equipment to manufacture high-quality fasteners.· Key Responsibilities:o Set up and operate single or multi-die cold headers (National, Okuma, Nakashimada, Sacma, and Hipro's). Adjust machine settings and tooling to maintain print requirements, production rates and tool life.o Responsible for machine operation, production, quality control, and daily PM's.o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe cell work area.· Requirements:o High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.o Proven experience working in a fastener cold-forming environment.o Proficiency using standard measurement tools (micrometers, dial indicators, scales).o Physical capability to stand for 8–10 hour shifts and lift up to 45-50 lbs regularly.· What We’re Looking For:o Experience: 2–5+ years of full-time experience setting up and running cold headers.
