Position Overview: As a Test Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the quality and reliability of various systems, components, and equipment used in defense and aerospace applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing test plans, procedures, and strategies to evaluate the performance, functionality, and compliance of these systems. Your work will contribute to the overall safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of defense and aerospace technologies.

Key Responsibilities: *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design engineers and project managers, to understand the requirements and specifications of defense and aerospace systems. *Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to validate system performance, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. Identify and prioritize critical test cases and define test objectives and success criteria. *Design and develop test procedures, protocols, and scripts to execute functional, integration, performance, and stress testing of defense and aerospace systems. *Set up and configure test environments, equipment, and instrumentation required for accurate data collection and analysis. *Execute tests, record and analyze test results, and document any issues or anomalies encountered during testing. Identify and troubleshoot system defects or failures, working closely with the design and development teams to investigate and resolve issues. *Create detailed test reports, including test procedures, results, and recommendations for improvements or modifications to the systems. *Maintain accurate and organized documentation of test plans, procedures, and test results for future reference and regulatory compliance. *Test Automation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for test automation and develop automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes and increase efficiency. Continuously evaluate and improve test methodologies, tools, and processes to enhance test coverage, reliability, and effectiveness. *Compliance and Safety: Ensure adherence to relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and quality assurance processes throughout the testing lifecycle. Collaborate with regulatory agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders to address compliance requirements and resolve any compliance-related issues.
