APPLY NOWSupporting the successful planning and execution of complex cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Senior Project Coordinator will manage multiple projects within a medical device organization, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support multiple cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports
Facilitate collaboration between technical, operational, and commercial teamsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
5+ years of project coordination, project management, or PMO experience
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies
Experience supporting complex cross-functional initiatives within regulated industries, particularly medical devices
PMP, CAPM, Agile, or similar project management certification preferred
