Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a permanent position in Integrative and Functional Medicine in Durham, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to provide holistic patient care combining conventional and alternative medicine approaches in a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments focusing on root causes of illness and wellness
- Develop personalized treatment plans integrating nutrition, lifestyle, supplements, and conventional therapies
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to coordinate care
- Educate patients on health optimization and disease prevention
Qualifications:
- Licensed NP or PA with certification in Integrative, Functional Medicine, or related field preferred
- Active or eligible North Carolina license
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
