RN: NICU

Responsibilities: Monitor and assess the health and progress of infants, including those requiring ventilator support and CPAP.Provide breastfeeding support and education to families. Administer medications and treatments, including surfactant administration and TPN.Perform advanced procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, and chest tube insertion. Utilize appropriate documentation systems for patient care. Ensure compliance with hospital-specific protocols and guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure: Current RN licensure in the state of practice. Certification in BLS and NRP.Experience in the NICU setting preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Proficient in IV insertion in preterm or term infants.
