About the Role: Analyst – Project Finance Analyst
Salary:
$80k-$100k + 15-25% Bonus
Arlington, VA | Hybrid (3x)
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage complex financial models to maximize project value
Support project financing processes, including investor coordination and capital funding execution
Evaluate and structure financing partnerships, including tax equity and debt, with a focus on economic terms
Assist in negotiating transaction terms with financing partners
Lead due diligence efforts and manage the financing closing process with external stakeholders
Analyze and assess M&A opportunities across various markets aligned with company strategy
Provide financial planning and analysis support for the solar business unit
Collaborate with the development team to evaluate early-stage project opportunities
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience within project finance, investment banking, infrastructure, or renewable energy
Renewable energy/infrastructure exposure required
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
Experience supporting transactions, financings, or deals preferred
