Director of Sterile Processing – Asheville, NCLead the backbone of surgical excellence. We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Sterile Processing to oversee a critical department in Asheville, NC—where precision, safety, and efficiency ensure every procedure runs flawlessly.
Salary: Up to $170,000 annually (based on experience)
What You’ll Do:- Oversee all sterile processing operations, including decontamination, sterilization, and instrument distribution
- Ensure compliance with infection control standards and regulatory requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop sterile processing teams
- Drive process improvements, quality initiatives, and operational efficiency
What You’ll Bring:- Proven leadership experience in sterile processing or perioperative services
- Strong knowledge of sterilization standards, equipment, and best practices
- Experience with regulatory compliance (e.g., The Joint Commission)CRCST or related certification preferred
