KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Greet guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and holiday spiritAssist with ticket sales, ticket scanning, and guest check-inProvide directions, venue information, and event supportMonitor and assist with attraction and ride operations (training provided) Answer guest questions and resolve concerns in a friendly mannerSupport crowd flow and guest experience throughout the venueMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environmentWork closely with event leaders and fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operationsHelp create memorable experiences for guests of all agesWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORPrevious customer service, hospitality, retail, tourism, or event experience preferredOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and strong team-player mentalityAbility to remain calm, professional, and helpful during busy periodsDependable attendance and punctualityReliable transportationAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsFlexible schedule available, however MUST be available to work 2-3+ days per week throughout the season with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday datesHOLIDAY SCHEDULENovember 20-January 4Operating Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM dailyThanksgiving: ClosedChristmas Eve: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PMChristmas Day: ClosedEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledMilitary connected talent encouraged to apply
