Director of Product Operations, Purchasing & Inventory

Natco Home is seeking a Director of Product Management, Purchasing & Inventory Planning to lead purchasing decisions, inventory planning, and product operations for floor coverings, rugs, and textiles. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with Finance, Sales, and Manufacturing to align demand, capacity, and profitability. You will establish disciplined purchasing processes, optimize supplier performance, and drive inventory turns while managing a team across product operations,
