Navigate a fluid, fast-paced environment with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortably managing dynamic requisition loads and shifting business demands. Partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, Legal, and Finance to build competitive offer packages, navigate complex sales incentive/bonus structures, and handle offer negotiations through close.
