The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring governance of international trade laws and regulations, adherence to government programs, and the optimization of cross-border logistics. This role requires a deep understanding of regulatory expertise to make timely decisions in a rapidly changing environment, as well as the ability to lead risk management strategies and maintain partnerships to embed trade compliance into supply chain workflows. Applicants must have a proven history of meeting auditing and regulatory requirements, expertise in government agency filings, and a strong background in office software applications. The role demands exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to multitask, and a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interpreting trade regulations and for engaging with government agencies and external counsel. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference for candidates with a minimum of 10 years' experience in regulatory compliance, including 6 years in a leadership role, and a Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Broker License.
