Review lease abstracts, rent reports, and portfolio data, coordinate with the third-party lease administration provider, research discrepancies, and support corrections to keep information accurate and current. Coordinate rent, ACH, vendor setup documentation, and approved communications with the appropriate stakeholders. Serve as the primary Real Estate point of contact for routine facility issues, coordinating with Operations, landlords, contractors, insurance partners, and vendors on repairs, quotes, certificates of insurance, lease responsibility, and capital expenditure tracking. Support and coordinate new locations, renewals, relocations, amendments, license agreements, and terminations by maintaining transaction timelines, preparing standard business documents, coordinating brokers and internal stakeholders, tracking approvals, and supporting execution. Conduct market and rent research and prepare property comparisons, financial analyses, side-by-side evaluations, and approval materials in Excel and PowerPoint. Support real estate integration for affiliates and acquired businesses, including lease-document collection, abstraction, critical-date onboarding, landlord/assignment coordination, overlap analysis, building readiness, and integration tracking.
