Senior Account Executive (Houston, TX)

Position Summary: This role works to acquire new client accounts throughout the industry by using a consultative sales approach. This role is responsible for establishing commercial, industrial, and construction businesses. The SAE will be responsible for prospecting, proposing, and closing business to exceed the desired revenue goals.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Identifies leads and sells waste services to clients Produces new, profitable business to ensure the growth and profit goals of the Company Prepares all quotations not covered by the normal pricing policy in conjunction with the Region Manager & Director of Municipal Services Remains in contact with established customers, to ensure satisfaction of services provided, retention, and to promote additional sales Ensures the acquisition of potential customers by appropriate means including; direct mail, advertising, promotions, referrals, direct sales calls and cold calls Develops proposals for general contractors for construction debris hauling, and disposal Settles all customer complaints and seek appropriate guidance RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management is an asset Required Experience and Competencies: 1-3 years of experience in a sales position is preferred Experience with Microsoft Suite is required Strong attention to detail Prompt, professional, and dependable demeanor BenefitsHealth Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Short Term & Long Term Disability Training & Development FCC Environmental Services, LLC operates in a multicultural, global environment and is a richly diverse organization operating seamlessly as one company.
