AI-Driven FP&A & Commercial Strategy Leader (Remote)

Ready ® is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A and Commercial Strategy to shape growth by leading planning, forecasting, cash, and strategic finance partnering across the CEO, CFO, and leadership teams. You will own end-to-end FP&A, including the annual plan, forecast, and cash, while building scalable frameworks and a team as the company grows. The role emphasizes AI-enabled automation, performance management, and strategic pricing/brand initiatives, with remote US work and up to 10% travel.
