The Position:
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) leads clinical strategy, provider oversight, and quality improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and HRSA regulations. Requirements:- Active Florida Medical License BE/BCLead and oversee all medical providers (physicians, NPs, PAs)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with electronic health records and medical documentation.
- Experience working with diverse patient populations, including those from low-income or underserved communities, is highly preferred.
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols, policies, and best practices
- Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and retention
- Oversee credentialing, privileging, and peer review processes

- Ensure compliance with HRSA, federal, and state healthcare regulations
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with COO/CEO on strategic planning and service expansion
