Animal Control & Shelter Care Officer

City of Southaven is seeking an Animal Control Officer to capture and impound unlicensed, stray, and uncontrolled animals by performing listed duties. You will drive to shelters, cage animals, and provide care to detained animals in accordance with state law. Responsibilities include assisting in euthanization under veterinary supervision, reporting bites, coordinating with Police Department, and maintaining shelter facilities and records. Regular attendance is essential.
