APPLY NOW PLEASE NOTE: THIS WILL BE A 6-WEEK PROJECT About the Role Medasource is seeking Technical Dress Rehearsal Testers to support an Epic go-live across a regional network of hospitals. As part of a small testing pod, you'll verify that devices and hardware in clinical areas work correctly with Epic before go-live.
What You'll Do:
- Execute test scripts on end-user devices (printers, scanners) in clinical units
- Confirm devices connect, print, and function correctly within Epic workflows
- Document test results and log issues accurately in the tracking tool
- Retest devices after fixes and confirm resolution
- Work with the TDR Team Lead and on-site staff to keep testing on schedule
- What You Bring
- Experience with device testing or desktop/field support in a hospital setting
- Familiarity with hospital hardware and peripherals
- Attention to detail and clear documentation habits
- Comfort working in active clinical areas alongside care teams
- Ability to travel between sites and work flexible hours around the go-live schedule
Nice to Have: Prior Epic TDR experience Experience on multi-hospital or enterprise rollouts
