Key ResponsibilitiesDRP Management: Maintain complete familiarity with Direct Repair Facility (DRF/DRP)programs and manage operations to align with strictDRP scorecardmetrics. Severity Identification: Accurately evaluate collision damage to determine the true severity of a repair. Repair vs. Replace Philosophy: Demonstrate a firm understanding of the economic and structural importance of prioritizingrepair over replacewherever safely possible. Cycle Time Optimization: Manage claims and vehicle workflow with a strong understanding of how estimation accuracy directly impacts overall shopcycle time .Position Requirements Licensing: Must possess a valid State Independent Appraiser's License .Experience:10+ years of collision estimation experienceis highly suggested. Workflow Savvy: Proven background operating within a high-volume Direct Repair Facility environment. Required Software ProficiencyCCC ONEEstimating.
