Slickline Operator

Key Responsibilities & Duties: Supervise slickline crews at the well site or shopRig up and rig down slickline and pressure control equipmentPrepare, inspect, and maintain tool strings and downhole equipmentPerform slickline operations, including plugs, gauge runs, and fishingMonitor line tension, depth, speed, and well pressureReport unsafe or abnormal operating conditions immediatelyComplete inspections, job documentation, and maintenance recordsSupport safe, professional operations at customer well sites Required Qualifications & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent practical experiencePrior slickline, wireline, or oilfield experience preferredValid driver’s license with acceptable driving recordAbility to complete background check and drug screenNo felony historyWorking knowledge of slickline tools and pressure control equipmentAbility to understand well pressure, depth, and line tensionStrong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have Skills & Experience: CDLExperience supervising small crewsFamiliarity with downhole tools and mechanical well interventionsPrevious experience with rigging up and rigging down equipmentBackground in plunger lift or fishing operationsAbility to work in extended and irregular schedulesExperience using job safety documentation and inspection records Perks & Benefits: Direct hire opportunityPaid training providedGrowth-oriented environment with promotion potentialCDL support available after hireThis opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
