Tax Associate: Public Finance, Infrastructure and P3Nixon Peabody LLP is seeking a motivated associate to join their Project Finance and Public Finance Practice Group. The successful candidate will have three or more years of experience focusing on tax issues related to public finance and infrastructure finance transactions. General experience in federal tax matters, experience with tax issues related to tax credits, section 501(c)(3) organizations, financial products, and IRS audits is a plus.
