Job Description:
As a Delivery Installer, you will deliver and install fitness equipment in residential homes, commercial locations, and office facilities. Working as part of a two-person crew, larger installation team, solo driver-installer assignment, or field technician team, you will ensure safe, efficient service and a positive customer experience while completing all required installation documentation. This role offers advancement opportunities to Senior Installer, Lead Driver-Installer, Installation Supervisor, or Service Technician.
Responsibilities:
Deliver and install fitness equipment at customer and commercial locations.
Plan delivery routes and operate vehicles safely.
Handle materials and use hand tools during installations.
Follow safety procedures and maintain safety compliance.
Provide professional customer service and resolve installation-related problems.
Complete delivery confirmations, installation checklists, customer sign-offs, and photo documentation.
Manage time effectively across delivery and installation assignments.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
Ability to plan routes and operate vehicles.
Knowledge of material handling, hand tools, and equipment installation.
Understanding of safety procedures.
Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Entry-level experience in delivery and installation.
