Regional Sales Manager - Remote H/F

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales representatives Drive sales strategy and execution across assigned territories Conduct field rides, performance coaching, and representative development Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, allergists, and other healthcare professionals Support product education related to allergy, anaphylaxis, and epinephrine treatment Analyze territory performance and identify opportunities for growth Maintain accountability for team activity and performance goals Ensure compliance with all applicable promotional and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical or healthcare sales management experience Direct experience within pediatrics and allergy/immunology Proven experience coaching and developing sales representatives Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and organizational skills Demonstrated ability to drive sales performance Ability to travel within the assigned region as required
