Key responsibilities:
Engage with new teachers through blended online coaching, discussion boards, and one-on-one support
Provide meaningful feedback by grading assignments and offering constructive insights
Host virtual huddle sessions to facilitate collaboration and professional growthRequired qualificationsMaster's degree in the field of education
Current teacher, instructional coach, mentor, instructor, or school administrator
Active state-specific teaching certification in one of the eligible states
At least 3 years of teaching experience with a strong understanding of instructional best practices
Experience mentoring, coaching, or supporting new teachers in their first years of teaching
