Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary IT contact for the HIM department, managing and configuring Oracle Health (Cerner) HIM modules and workflows
Oversee document management processes, including Advanced Capture workflows and medical record capture
Monitor and troubleshoot HIM work queues, collaborating with integration teams to ensure seamless operations
Required Qualifications:
Hands-on experience as a Cerner HIM Analyst with expertise in core HIM workflows and system architecture
In-depth understanding of chart completion, deficiency tracking, and medical record account management
Functional proficiency with Cerner HIM Pools, Advanced Capture, and document management tools
Experience supporting coding workflows and tools such as 3M Coding Grouper and Optum Integrity
