APPLY NOWRETS Associates, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Senior Manager, Asset Management in Irvine, CA to join a high-performing real estate team responsible for one of Orange County’s most significant commercial office portfolios. This is an opportunity to have a meaningful impact on a 16 million-square-foot portfolio, working at the intersection of asset management, investments, leasing, and operations. This is not simply a reporting role—the Senior Manager will help shape asset strategy, evaluate major investment decisions, and identify opportunities to drive long-term value.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop asset business plans and strategies
- Lead property valuations and financial modeling
- Underwrite leases, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Analyze portfolio performance and investment opportunities
- Present recommendations to senior leadership
- Partner with leasing, operations, and property management
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of CRE asset management or investment experience
- Strong underwriting and financial modeling skills
- Advanced Excel; ARGUS preferred
- Experience with valuations, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required
