Central Florida Care Group Inc - We are looking for a compassionate Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance in daily living and personal care services. Caregivers will provide 1-1 services in the patient's homes in accordance with an established care plan. Find a case that is compatible with your schedule. Full-Time & Part-Time openings available. Predictable schedule $16/hrResponsibilities:
- Provide routine individualized care to the elderly, convalescents, or persons with developmental disabilities
- Monitor and report changes in client's status
- Assist with personal care, such as bathing and dressing patients
- Provide companion and homemaking care
- Provide specialized assistance such as medication reminders.
- Teach family members ways to care for their loved ones.
- Ensure client's safety.
Qualifications:- Must have a cleared Level 2 background and CPR.2 yrs experience in home care, or other related fields
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Updated CEUsMust have a smart phone to input notes
