10+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll Cloud experienceStrong hands-on Payroll Configuration – elements, deductions, eligibility, balances, payment methods and payroll structuresDeep understanding of payroll processing, gross-to-net, YTD balances, retroactive processing, QuickPay, pre-payments, costing and GLStrong Fast Formula development and troubleshootingHands-on HDL/HSDL experience, including reversing/retracting committed HDL loads and correcting/reloading payroll dataExperience customizing seeded payroll flow patterns and troubleshooting payroll flowsHCM Extracts, OTBI and BI Publisher
