Position Summary:
This position supports Detention Deputies during the inmate booking and release process. Duties include direct contact with inmates, maintaining and updating inmate records, and performing various jail-related clerical tasks. The position also requires operating the jail's control systems, including doors, gates, video surveillance, and intercom systems, requiring strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting Pay: $22.96 per hour DOE (includes $0.50 shift differential)

Minimum Qualifications:
- Possess a high school diploma or GEDHave at least six (6) months of work experience
- Possess or be able to obtain NCIC (National Crime Information Center) certification within six (6) months of hire
- Be able to carry and use pepper spray
