BIM Team Lead/Manager

Electrical BIM Manager Leading a team of BIM Electrical Designers. Team delivers LOD 350 and LOD 400 electrical models. Experience modeling and coordinating the complete electrical installation scope, including power distribution, conduit systems, underground duct banks, equipment, grounding, supports, penetrations, and installation or fabrication deliverables. Remote Electrical BIM modelers needed an immediate contract opportunity,6 months with the possibility to extend beyond. Looking for a minimum of 3 years experience. Ability to work independently with strong communications skills. Key Responsibilities and SkillsModel Development — Create detailed 3D models and drawings using BIM software like Revit and AutoCAD.Collaboration — Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and compliance with project specifications. Database Management — Maintain the project's BIM database with updated information and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Technical Support — Provide training and support to team members on BIM software and best practices. Quality Assurance — Conduct regular checks to ensure models meet quality standards and project requirements.
