Certified Medical Assistant

Requirements: 2 years of experience in an outpatient clinic setting. Medical Assistant diploma from a DAPIP-accredited program. BLS certification (AHA or ARC only). High School Diploma or GED. Flu vaccine (no declinations/exemptions). 1 year of recent Epic experience. Experience with appointment scheduling and patient registration. Ability to manage 6-8 provider pools and inboxes. Typing speed of 40-45 WPM.

Responsibilities: Assist with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting. Manage provider schedules and patient appointments. Maintain accurate patient information and documentation. Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols and standards. Provide support to healthcare teams as needed.
