R&D Change & Readiness Leader

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Change Readiness Director within the Strategy, Portfolio, & Operations organization to lead change initiatives across R&D functions, from preclinical to regulatory, and to advance a culture of Courage & Care. You will shape strategies, governance, communications, stakeholder engagement, and measurement to enable adoption of transformational programs, guiding senior leaders and matrix teams in a large, global company.
