Position Summary:
The Event Assistant will help prepare, execute, and wrap up promotional events and customer engagement activities. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys an active environment, interacting with people, and working as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event setup, including tables, displays, signage, and promotional materials Organize event supplies and equipment before activities begin Help welcome and assist attendees Provide basic information about featured products, services, and promotions Support event activities and customer engagement Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space Collect customer feedback and communicate observations to the team Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials after activities Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Friendly and professional communication style Reliable and comfortable working in an active environment Strong teamwork and organizational skills Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Previous event, retail, customer service, or promotional experience is a plus Benefits Paid training Hands-on event experience Professional development Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Competitive compensation
