Come, Innovate, Build, Disrupt & Thrive! Senior Supply Chain IT Product Manager Great products only create value when they work for the people and processes that depend on them. As a Senior Supply Chain IT Product Manager, you will own the technology-enabled supply-chain product experience that keeps products available, operations efficient, and customers satisfied-from planning and forecasting through production, warehousing, transportation, order management, and fulfillment. You will serve as the strategic bridge between supply chain, operations, business leadership, and technology, translating complex operational challenges into practical product capabilities that deliver measurable business outcomes. You will own the product lifecycle from discovery and strategy through delivery, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. This role is ideal for a results-oriented product leader who understands both enterprise technology and supply-chain operations, can navigate complex stakeholder environments, and has the ability to turn fragmented data, processes, and technology capabilities into a clear roadmap the organization can trust. Success is measured in product availability, inventory optimization, operational efficiency, user adoption, service levels, cost reduction, and measurable business value. Performance Objectives Improve product availability by defining and delivering technology capabilities that address the highest-impact supply, inventory, and fulfillment gaps. Reduce excess and obsolete inventory by improving replenishment rules, safety-stock logic, exception management, and planning capabilities. Improve forecast accuracy for new, seasonal, and existing products by translating demand signals into actionable product and technology requirements. Shorten order-to-delivery cycle times by delivering tools and capabilities that provide planners, warehouse leaders, transportation teams, and customer-facing teams with a shared view of constraints and priorities. Improve master-data quality by establishing ownership, quality thresholds, governance processes, and measurable accountability across item, pack, location, and related supply-chain data. Own and maintain a strategic product roadmap that connects technology investments to measurable cost, service, operational, customer, and sustainability outcomes. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through requirements, prioritization, delivery, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement. Drive user adoption by partnering with frontline users, developing training and enablement strategies, measuring utilization, and removing friction that drives teams back to spreadsheets or manual processes. Establish and monitor KPIs that demonstrate business value, including service levels, inventory performance, operational efficiency, adoption, ROI, delivery timelines, cost savings, and overall product effectiveness. Continuously improve cross-functional processes by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, improve technology utilization, eliminate inefficiencies, and increase collaboration between business and IT.Environment & Resources You will work closely with supply chain and technology leadership while partnering daily with planning, manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, commercial teams, finance, operations, and IT.The environment is a multi-site manufacturing and distribution organization, providing exposure to the systems and operational processes that support demand planning, procurement, production, inventory management, warehousing, transportation, order management, and fulfillment.
