N for the manufacturing process for motorsSystem and component level design of housing, fixtures, robotics to determine optimal mechanical architecture while optimizing for efficiency and costDrive simulations and validate proper structural integrity under static and dynamic loadingDevelop in-house test setups and test procedures for durability, throughput and qualityInterface with component suppliers to drive detailed component drawings and test requirementsQualificationsBS in Mechanical EngineeringStrong first principles understanding of mechanical loading, failure modes, materials and material processingPrior experience in using Ansys or similar software for FEA and structural analysisPrior knowledge of Machining and Molding processes.
