Attorney - Pre Litigation

Responsibilities: Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement. Handle auto accidents, slip-and-fall, premises liability, dog bites, and wrongful death matters. Evaluate claims, develop case value, prepare demand packages, and negotiate with insurance carriers and defense counsel. Handle settlement negotiations, including policy-limit demands and lien resolution. Maintain regular client communication and track case deadlines and statutes of limitation. Work closely with the Founding Attorney and case staff on case strategy. Senior-level attorneys may mentor junior staff and take on more complex matters.

Qualifications: Active California Bar license, in good standing.2+ years of personal injury experience; candidates from junior to senior levels are encouraged to apply. Strong pre-litigation and settlement negotiation experience. Excellent legal writing, communication, negotiation, and case-management skills. Ability to independently manage a caseload.
