You will lead underwriting strategy for the agriculture portfolio, engage with clients and brokers, and travel for field visits and loss assessments. You bring 10+ years in agriculture insurance/reinsurance with MPCI and Crop Hail knowledge, a proven underwriting and portfolio-management track record, and strong English communication skills (Spanish a plus).
