Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' histories related to substance abuse and mental health, utilizing standardized tools and interviews. Develop comprehensive, personalized treatment plans that not only address substance use disorders but also encompass underlying mental health issues, employing evidence-based methodologies. Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, incorporating cognitive-behavioral techniques and motivational interviewing. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals—including psychiatrists and social workers—to ensure that our clients receive integrated and holistic care. Educate and involve families in the recovery process, fostering a supportive community that encourages lasting change and success. Maintain meticulous client records that adhere to regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with industry protocols. Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily work with adults who are facing challenges related to both substance abuse and mental health disorders. This diverse client population may include individuals from various backgrounds and life experiences, all striving to overcome their struggles and rebuild their lives. Your expertise and engagement will be pivotal in helping these clients develop resilience and a clear pathway to recovery.

Qualifications: A valid license as an LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD.A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. Strong grounding in addiction counseling principles and practices. A robust understanding of evidence-based practices for treating substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Exceptional therapeutic skills and the ability to inspire and motivate clients throughout their recovery journeys. Excellent inter-personal communication and teamwork abilities conducive to a collaborative treatment approach.

Preferred Experience: Specialized training or certification in addiction counseling or related therapeutic methodologies. Prior experience working in a substance abuse treatment facility or outpatient clinical setting. Demonstrated success in helping clients achieve significant milestones in recovery.

Compensation and Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
