Door-to-Door Sales Representative

Door-To-Door Sales RepresentativeClean Air Lawn Care Portland West is hiring a friendly, motivated Door-To-Door Sales Representative to help grow our local lawn care business by connecting with homeowners in person. You will educate neighbors about our services, book free lawn assessments, provide estimates on the spot when appropriate, and help customers choose the right plan for their property. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being outside, talking to people, and earning performance-based pay. Responsibilities include walking assigned neighborhoods, knocking on doors during scheduled outreach times, leaving flyers or door hangers when homeowners are unavailable, briefly inspecting lawns and noting visible needs, creating and tracking estimates in our CRM, meeting weekly outreach and booking goals, attending short weekly check-ins or trainings, and reporting common questions, objections, and neighborhood feedback.
