You'll be able to directly impact the community, not just contribute to a KPI.The Job, Straight UpProject Support Coordinator: You'll be the person who keeps everything connected: estimators, field crews, clients, vendors - from the moment a job is estimated to the moment it's done right. Full-time, hybrid, based in North County San Diego. What you'll actually be doing Managing schedules and timelines across multiple projects Creating and sending out work orders, keeping job statuses updated in real time Tracking materials, permits, and inspection paperwork Being the go-to person clients can count on for quick, clear answers Catching scheduling conflicts before they turn into problems
The Ideal Candidate:
- You've coordinated projects or supported a busy team before, you know how to keep plates spinning
- You communicate like a pro You're organized: documents, data entry, scheduling, reporting — you've got it handled
- You're comfortable in email, spreadsheets, and project tools
Bonus: experience in roofing, construction, or property management
Coursework or certs in business or construction management are a nice-to-have, not a dealbreaker
