Collibra is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our global TA function from New York, NY or Raleigh, NC in a hybrid setup with 2–4 in-office days per week. This is a strategic leadership role focused on AI-native recruiting and scalable operating models. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate workforce plans into proactive hiring strategies, build a high-performing TA team, and drive excellence across candidate quality, speed, and experience.
