Job Description: Job Description A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Monitor to help them provide exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services to their clients in the San Jose and San Francisco Bay areas. Also hiring monitors in Orange County, CA Your Day Includes Observing construction activities and verifying compliance with contract documents, plans, and specificationsIdentifying installation defects and producing daily reports and records of construction activitiesWorking as part of a team, providing input and contributing to the success of each projectAccepting responsibility for projects and seeing them through to completionTraveling to construction sites and working with clients to ensure outstanding serviceMust Haves 1-3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience2 to 4-year college level education (degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field a plus) Experience in multi-family residential, institutional and commercial construction projects with familiarity in roofing, waterproofing, stucco, siding, windows, sealants, and other building envelope areasCurrent driver's license and reliable transportationP.S.
