Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed history assessments and specific physical evaluations, to create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique needs. Utilize evidence-based treatment protocols while adapting to the evolving healthcare landscape to maximize patient outcomes effectively. Monitor patient progress and document any changes in conditions, adjusting treatment plans accordingly and maintaining open communication with other healthcare professionals. Provide clear and timely documentation of all patient interactions, including initial evaluations, treatment plans, daily encounter notes, and discharge summaries to maintain compliance with all regulatory standards. Engage in effective discharge planning, identifying follow-up care and resources necessary for continued recovery. Participate actively in facility meetings and professional development sessions to contribute to the collective knowledge of the team and stay updated on best practices. Patient Population / Client FocusThis position primarily focuses on serving orthopedic patients comprising athletes, post-surgical patients, and those with chronic pain or mobility issues. You will customize therapy approaches to cater to diverse patient needs, ensuring each individual receives the highest standard of care tailored to their condition and health goals.

Qualifications: Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. A current and valid Physical Therapy license in the State of New Jersey. Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedic therapy. Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.
